Paul Bearer/Percy Pringle/Bill Moody's cause of death has been released as a heart attack brought on by supraventricular tachycardia, or a rapid heart rate that manifests in symptoms like anxiety and heartburn. He had been experiencing those symptoms for a few weeks before his death. While the reports say it could have been "prevented," but that whole tone puts the blame on Moody for his own death, which I feel icky doing. There are more than a few people who might not go see a doctor if all they were experiencing were acid reflux or anxiety.
Just because it's topical, there have also been reports that Moody's family is okay with his death and the urn used in the CM Punk/Undertaker feud. Just a reminder, that in and of itself doesn't make the angle "okay." So stop using it as a justification, please.
