Zema Ion of TNA recently went to the hospital with appendicitis, and during all the scans, it was found out he had a tumor. They are doing a biopsy on it to see whether it's cancerous or not, but either way, he's going to get it removed. Ion does not have health insurance, so he can't pay for this himself. So, he's got to rely on the kindness of his fans in order to pay for this.
And if I may editorialize here, it's a goddamn disgrace that it has to come to this. But this par for the course for TNA, which remains the shittiest mainstream wrestling company in history. But this isn't about TNA. It's about a guy who can't pay for major surgeries needing help to do so. Get well soon!
