Today is the world's strongest day, because it is the day that Mark Henry came into this world. He split the doctor's wig upon being delivered, pulled his hospital crib next to his momma's bed, and then cut his own damn umbilical cord. He hasn't looked back since.

It's cool to say that Henry only has been great in the last few years with the Hall of Pain, but really, Sexual Chocolate was great in an ironic way. His tribute to Owen Hart on the RAW after his untimely passing was extremely touching. I'm sure he would rather have not read it and had his friend, but yeah. The guy wasn't supposed to last his entire 10 year contract, but he re-upped. We've all been better for it. Happy birthday to Hoss Prime.
