When Daniel Bryan offered to wrestle last night blindfolded, I think we all expected something great. We got that, naturally. However, I'm not sure I remember WWE's method of blinding its superstars being so... sadomasochistic? Either that, or I recall Jake Roberts and Rick Martel in a far more kid-friendly light than what they really were. Either way, of course Bryan was going to be the guy who elevated the blindfold match, because duh, he could very well be the best ever. I pretty much lost it when he tried to put Lil' Naitch in the LeBell Lock, even if in the back of my mind, I knew that was a lock to happen. Then again, isn't that the very definition of greatness?
