In Russia, an officer Brogue Kicking a perp is just another day in Vladimir Putin's half-frozen, eleven-time-zone-spanning behemoth of a nation. The pump portion of it is a bit weak, but he got all of it on impact. I wonder if he's a WWE fan, or whether he's just a kung fu aficionado who got a little jittery in the jump portion of his kick.
