Kazarian and Christopher Daniels deserve a lot better. They're consistently the most entertaining part of the show, and lately, their entertainment has been a set up for cranky old James Storm to come out and, in so many words, let people know how much he hates having fun. Then he'll usually make some homophobic judgment of whatever Daniels is drinking vis a vis his beer, and then there's either a match or a beatdown. There was no drink judgment tonight, but I guess you have to change it up every once in awhile. This was all a set up for the return of an AJ Styles who looked like he saw Tim Donst at a Chikara show (or Raven in classic ECW) and thought it'd be a good look. It also looked got his cue to come out right as he was going to make the poopies, but that's neither here nor there unless you're like me and find that kind of thing amusing.

Let's talk about Styles for a second. He had the Raven look going for him, but it looked like he was channeling a far less subtle Sting in WCW during the beginning of the nWo story. Of course, there won't be a question of whether he's in Aces and Eights or not. I wonder where they're taking him, which is a good sign. Scorched-Earth-Fuck-You-and-the-Horse-You-Rode-in-on AJ Styles could work for me.

Let's talk about the real Sting now, shall we? Is he feuding with Hulk Hogan now? Because if he is, then wouldn't he be the third guy who has issues with a dude who if he bumped would shatter his entire skeletal system? Matt Morgan still keeps beefing on Hogan. It's long term booking, but it's long term booking that has stalled and really has no point. And Aces and Eights are all feuding with Hogan too. Why is the TNA Solar System revolving around a red giant star who's about to die?

Let's talk about the guy whom Morgan laid out, Joseph Park. The man even after a year in his current form has not gotten old. You know why? Exuberance, earnestness, excitement. He's the ultimate babyface, which of course is why Taz hates him. I can understand that, because as an awful announcer with awful opinions, he's supposed to hate fun.

But why does everyone in the broadcast booth hate Bad Influence? They are the only people in Impact Wrestling who are having fun right now outside of Park and maybe Robbie T. They are the only ones who want to be there, it seems. Everyone else is there because they have to be, or because they need to get the WINZ to get ahead and get "stroke" or whatever other fucking stupid insider terms that get bandied about. I don't know why I'm supposed to hate them.

Especially when they cosplay as the Road Warriors.
