The final slot has finally been filled for this coming weekend's Tournament for Tomorrow 2. Green Ant, one of the best grapplers in the Chikaraverse, will cross over into Beyond Wrestling to complete the bracket and compete for a chance at independent immortality, as he joins Hania, Christina von Eerie, Candice LaRae, Jewells Malone, Lexxus, Kimber Lee, Bonesaw Jessie Brooks, Allysin Kay, Darius Carter, Matthew Palmer, Rory Mondo, JT Dunn, Anthony Stone, David Starr, and Jon Silver, who replaces the injured Black Baron. As impressive as the lineup was before Green Ant's addition, the Colony's mat machine puts a stellar capstone on the actual participant list. I don't think he'll win, but I do hope he'll get a chance to wrestle at least three rounds into the tourney.

In a bit of old news, a tag team gauntlet in the spirit of the one that traditionally happens at King of Trios will also take place on the big show on night three. Five of the ten teams have been announced: Le Tabarnak de Team (Mathieu St. Jacques and Thomas Dubois), Team Tremendous (Dan Barry and Bill Carr), Da Hoodz (Davey Cash and Chris Pyro), The M1nute Men (Devin Blaze and Tommy Trainwreck), and the Wingmen (Mark Shurman and Gregory Edwards). No matter who else gets announced, the tag gauntlet has always been one of the most enjoyable parts of King of Trios regardless of who actually populated the progression.

Just to review, the final day of the weekend happens at Fete Music in Providence, RI on Sunday. In addition to the gauntlet and the tournament finals, the following matches will take place. Eddie Edwards and Biff Busick continue their yearlong feud with a 60 minute iron man match. Tommaso Ciampa and Chris Dickinson threaten to split Rhode Island off into the sea with their contest. Michael Elgin returns to Beyond to battle Jaka, and Women's Superstars Uncensored will have three showcase matches. All in all, I think if you're in the greater New England area this weekend, you might want to make it over to Fete Music on Sunday. Just a hunch.
